🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make glaze: Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Prep salmon: Place fillets skin-side down. Brush with glaze, then press furikake onto tops.
- Bake: Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 12-15 mins until salmon flakes easily and crust is golden.
- Serve: Plate over rice or salad. Garnish with green onions/sesame seeds.
🍙 About Furikake
A Japanese blend of toasted sesame seeds, seaweed, salt, sugar, and sometimes bonito flakes. Adds crunch + umami!
