2-3 tbspFurikake seasoning

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make glaze: Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Prep salmon: Place fillets skin-side down. Brush with glaze, then press furikake onto tops.
  4. Bake: Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 12-15 mins until salmon flakes easily and crust is golden.
  5. Serve: Plate over rice or salad. Garnish with green onions/sesame seeds.
